U-B.A.E APPAREL RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

We at U-B.A.E. Apparel sincerely thank you for your purchase! We hope you will be happy when you receive it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us (Clothes Only) for a full refund or store credit (Clothes Only). Please see below for more information on our return policy.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges. All sales are final.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in returned in their natural state; in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed and include the receipt. Failure to meet these conditions could mean your return/refund request can be denied. Please be sure that your returns or refunds meet the criteria.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at ceo@ubaeapparel.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the return form provided, and your receipt. Please mail your return to the following address:

[Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.] We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return!
NOTE: Please do not mail your return without contacting us first. If you mail your return back without contacting us and receiving an RMA number and a return slip this refund/return policy will be void.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 4-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return/refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lip gloss, lip balm, hand sanitizer, washed or worn clothing, items damaged after receiving, any items where the tag has been removed or items damaged due to reasons not associated with U.B.A.E. Apparel.

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Refunds will be put back on whichever form of payment was used.
- Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- No exchanges or refunds on accessories, purses, or jewelry. All accessories are inspected before shipping. All sales are final.
