Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.ubaeapparel.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this occurs, you will be notified via email or telephone about the delay. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
NOTE: Processing orders takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Shipping charges and taxes for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
NOTE: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, natural disasters, or even the current pandemic. At the moment, USPS and FedEx are encountering longer shipping delays than usual. Packages can be delivered 2-4 weeks late. Please be patient with us, as the delay in shipping and the pandemic is greater than usual, but your package will arrive.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.ubaeapparel.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Private shipping companies or carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon can't place mail or packages in a P.O. box unless the recipient is signed up for Street Addressing.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email to the email address provided with your purchase once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email, please let us know.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.ubaeapparel.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages, Lost Packages, and Incorrect Addresses
www.ubaeapparel.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
NOTE: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please make sure your address is correct before you submit your order!
International Shipping Policy
